It’s love!
If you and your body had a relationship status, you’d be singing it out that you both are madly in love! Not only do you appreciate your body and flaunt your assets, but you also make sure that you look after it. For instance, when you try to cram in workout time to make sure you exercise regularly. Remember that a gorgeous body is not just about how great you look in the mirror, but also how healthy you are. Look after your body and it will look after you – and look great!

It’s complicated
Sometimes you treat your body with the love and respect it deserves, but other times you find yourself beating yourself up about how it is not as great as it could be. You might battle with guilt after consuming calories or not believe it when people say that you look good. Although it’s normal to not have a sparkling body image all the time, don’t let it become a bad habit. Focus on what is gorgeous about your body (everyone has assets) and on looking after your health. This will make you more appreciative of your body and you’ll see it as a stunning, amazing and miraculous instrument for living an awesome life.

We’ve broken up
Err, it seems you and your body are not on speaking terms at the moment. Maybe you never see anything positive about your body or you feel negative things, such as fat or terrible. Worse still, you might be doing destructive things, such as working out to the point of exhaustion or punishing yourself when you eat something with high calories. This is not good because anything extreme is unhealthy. Seek more moderation in your eating habits and exercise routine, and keep a “Body love” diary in which you commit to doing something every day that appreciates your body. For instance, show off your stunning smile, take photos of your amazing hair or eyes, or think about all the things your body enables you to do every day.
