The 20-year old singer just got another tattoo. This one is across her shoulder and it reads, ‘now I’m a warrior’. She tweeted, “Thanks @BangBang! Album release day!!! #DEMI.” The words are from her new song “Warrior,” where she sings about overcoming her struggles and having a thick skin.

This is true. It really happened to me a week ago. The reason I put [fat boy] in brackets is for you to know what everyone else calls him. I didn’t mention anyone’s name for my ex-friend and fat boys privacy…I know they won’t like me posting they’re names on here =)

So my best friend just asked me today ..if I and that [fat boy] from school were dating because I’ve been with him more at break than I’ve been with her and my regular pals.At first I didn’t know what to say, because I didn’t want to tell her that we’re thinking about it because I know she would freak out.

But I thought about it and I talked to my mom about it and I talked to him about it. He told me; ”no don’t tell her, you will be teased at school”, but you know what? That doesn’t bother me at all because he is one hell of a guy<<—- I mean like he’s a [REALLY] nice guy!!

He’s not like all the other guys who just wants to get with you and then leave you for someone better later. I really had to put some thought into this. Because I was afraid that I would lose my friend. But on the other hand then I would know if she is my real true friend. Well I’ve got bad news, she wasn’t my true friend. She failed me, greatly! I’m really upset about this. Several people have walked past me this week and stared at me or whispered; “that’s the girl.” But I try to not let it bother me. At least I know that I’m in a better relationship than they are at the moment. YES I AM DATING [FATTY], and I’m not ashamed of it.<<<—- TO MY EX-BEST FRIEND…

I knew he was trouble, well for me. But like I said in a few of my earlier posts; DON’T JUDGE A BOOK BY IT’S COVER.

I’ve got all my other friends still. It’s just her. Some random people have sent me letters in class or texted me or emailed me, and asked me; “why are you dating that fat boy? You are so beautiful. You can do much better”. I would just smile at them, and not reply. Because it doesn’t bother me what they think of me. They must like me for who I am.

I hope I inspire some of you to open up. and not be shy of anything, or ashamed of anything.

It’s who you are not who they want you to be that matters.

But…. HE CAN’T SPEAK ENGLISH!!!! Well he can but very ‘broken’ English. If I say something he will look at me funny and respond with a smile, when smile is NOT required, but an answer!!I wasn’t too impressed but since this is the person I’ve met in our new area since we moved I tried my best not too laugh, until … HE LAUGHED AT HIMSELF!!!

Then he said, ‘I’m sorry, I can’t speak English that well’, so I told him you must just try and you’ll get better…but he says he’s been living in the house nextdoor to mine and he’s never made any friends this whole year, so I asked him what do you do all day?
he said nah computer games!!!!…. okey dokey, your a computer freak!!!…

But now I have a swim buddy [I met him in the swimming pool] while having this really awkward conversation with George it almost [well it did] lead me to giving hand gestures of what I was trying to say!!! When I went home to tell my mom and step dad, they couldn’t stop laughing at both me and George!!!

So in a hour or so, I’m gonna go next door and pull him with me to come swim…. IF HE WILL UNDERSTAND ME!!!! I just wish he spoke English….

He’s not too bad looking too, but I can’t possibly learn to speak Greek. His sister’s name is Elektra…. hahaha…

1. Invite her out
Sometimes the best way to deal with parting from a friend is to act like nothing has happened. Send your friend a message and ask if she’d like to catch a movie or go for coffee. Sometimes people drift without meaning to!

2. If that fails…
Maybe you tried to get together with a mate but she just always seems busy. You might be feeling hurt or dissed, so try to talk to her about it. Give her a call – so much easier to chat than via text – and ask her how she’s doing. See what’s been happening before you argue about how she’s never available to you. Maybe she’s been preoccupied with some or other drama. Tell her that you miss her and would love to see her.

3. Step back

Hey, there’s only so much you can do to get a friendship back on track. It takes two to tango, after all. If, despite your best efforts, your friend still seems to be in a different time zone then it’s best to accept that sometimes great friendships just aren’t supposed to last forever. Maybe she’s doing you a favour. The last thing you want is to be surrounded by friends who aren’t really there for you.

Whether you love her or hate her, you can’t deny that this is one stylish lass. Riri has some of the best fashion sense in the music industry. We love how she can look sexy and ultra girly one day and tom-boyish and very street the other. And boy does she know how to add that little something extra with her lip colour and accessories! Dump the junk
Although you might not be thinking about healthy living too much at this point in your life, some day soon your body and mind are going to reveal the consequences. Living on junk food or not caring too much about exercise takes its toll – you might battle to sleep, not have any energy to do things you love and even feel depressed. Start living healthier, girl. Choose fruits and vegetables over reheated pizza. Walk to the shops instead of driving there. Small changes make a big difference and will enable you to chase down your dreams. Health is wealth and can also positively impact your emotional wellbeing by providing you with strength to tackle life’s difficulties.

Go from ‘kinda’ to ‘totally’
Although you might practice some good healthy lifestyle tips, such as trying out a fun new exercise class or trying to eat healthily instead of turning to junk food, there’s always room for improvement. Stick to a schedule where you eat nutritious foods (think vegetables, fruits, whole grains, for instance) and get exercise on a regular basis. See, routine is what’s important and will help you achieve a stronger, fitter self!
