Again cool it with the stalking, while inviting him on Facebook can prove to portray you as an over enthusiastic girl, checking his profile (which hopefully is open for public viewing) is never a crime. Try to figure out his likes, dislikes and hobbies, from his profile information, statuses, pictures and wall posts; this will prove helpful if you ever have to strike up a conversation with him. People are more open to conversing with people who are more like them than people who are likely to contradict their views. This could be his good girl friend or one of his guy friends. It could even be a friend that you already had in common with your crush. It’s necessary to know your friend’s friends, right? Don’t express your deep affection for your crush immediately; else you might freak him out. So simply give him random compliments. Compliment things like his hair, his eyes or his style. Beware not to over compliment him; one compliment every now and again is fine. Who knows he might start to compliment you back soon after.
