Glowing Summer Skin
A lot of us forget to look after our skin during summer, one thing we tend to forget is that we only have one body AND one skin – although we develop, sunburn leaves permanent damage, which might only be visible in 30 years time.
Here are a few tips on how to stay healthy

Out with the old and in with the new – Buy new sunscreen and chuck away last year’s bottle.
Keep yourself AND your skin hydrated! Drink lots and lots of water!!
If you don’t have to don’t wear too much make up Remember that the SPF in your foundation is not enough to take you through a day in the sun.
Exfoliate at least twice a week.
Replace your razors blades more often, better yet, try waxing.
